2019 Retrobeutes Track Attack

Northwest retro owners, Retrobeutes are back at the 3 Sisters in Wigan on Sunday the 7th of April 2019 for the popular Retrobeutes Track Attack.
There will be public track time, but if the track isn't for you, there will be space to come and park your retro and chat to other like minded enthusiasts. We will also have regular drift demos by the professionals showing you how to destroy a pair of tyres in no time at all, we'll also have a trophy for retro of the day,
The event is a pay on the day, any questions let us know,

So last night was the Retrobeutes Christmas do at Teamsport karting in Warrington.
18 of us hit the track for some manic racing, and it all got a bit competitive, there were spins, crashes and everything else you can expect from when this bunch get on track together,
Overall a good night to end the year, we'll get Christmas out of the way then we've got the 2019 show season to look forward to. 🙂

The members have voted and we have a well deserved winner for car of the year 2018.
Steven Gibson's Skoda was built at home by taking a perfectly good Audi TT, removing everything from the floor pan and dropping the Skoda body onto it, making a front engined 1.8 turbo Skoda with abs, traction control and 4x4. The original idea was tested out by mating 2 scaled down toy cars together to see if the wheel bases were compatible.
The arches were universal items made to fit, and the impressive paint finish is straight from the gun.
Overall, Steven has created a show worthy car that upsets most modern metal on the road, causes controversy in the retro car scene and is comfortable enough to be used as the daily driver which it used for.
